What you can track
Every detail of your tinnitus, in one place.
Tinnitus is different for everyone and it changes from day to day. Tinnitus Tracker lets you describe it precisely, so small changes do not go unnoticed.
Intensity
Rate loudness on a six-level scale from None to Severe, shown as a color you can read at a glance.
Pitch
Note whether the sound is low, mid or high pitched, and notice when it shifts.
Distress level
Loudness is only half the story. Record how much it bothered you, separately from how loud it was.
Duration
Mark episodes as short and episodic or constant throughout the day.
Location
Left ear, right ear, both ears or inside the head. Track where you hear it.
Sound type
Ringing, buzzing, hissing, humming, whooshing or clicking. Describe it the way you hear it.
